Looking for Radio replacement with android auto, 7" screen

I'm probably dreaming, but does anyone know of a head unit that will fit in the single DIN space in the console, and provide Android Auto and Apple Carplay, with a decent size screen?. I was considering the Sony XAV-AX3000.
I would be glad to hear from anyone who has tried something like this.
