Re: MG TF 135 power increases..........
Might have been a manifold for a ZR160? The ZR160 manifold wouldn't fit the F/TF as it's a different design and is essentially a re-work of the standard manifold which has short primaries. The ZR could do with a manifold which has longer primaries like the F/TF/Elise one. ZR manifold http://www.ptp...

Re: Tyre pressure for MGF Trophy
Ever since I had the suspension tweeked by Techspeed I have used 28psi all round as they recommended and the car handles superbly. I found that 36 at the rear was too hard and also dropping the pressure decreased understeer a bit.

Re: Exhaust rattle with 4-2-1 manifold
I have seen it reported on another forum before, obviously the change of cat/rear box has moved the flexy nearer the crossmember. Hope you have sorted it!

Re: SPARK PLUGS 2001 1.8 MGF
Well if I am to understand what you mean by hardness as they run too cool then you are incorrect, IK20 have the same heat range as a normal or platinum plug!

1.9 bar on the front and 2.0bar on the rear (I think that's about 26psi and 28psi)
Try 28psi all round.

Re: Trophy Ground clearance
The measurement is ground clearance at the lowest point on the car not the ground clearance for the front spoiler. The lowest point is probably the reinforcement under the seats.

I've done nearly 10k on my rear set of GY Eagle D3s and they are probably only half worn so something is amiss somewhere.

Re: Q/R steering wheel
First of all you will need a MGF Momo hub which you can get from the MGOC or Ebay. The Momo hub kit contains a resistor to fool the SRS system that the airbag is still connected.
