MG TF Workshop Manual

I have an MG TF Workshop Manual. Used but in near perfect condition, no staining.
The Part No. is RCL 0493(2)ENG BB. Which incorporates RCL 0057ENG & RCL 0124 and RCL 0495(2)ENG.
I want the equivalent Workshop Manual for my MG F - which was first registered March 29th 2001.
Anyone got one and want to swap?
