Lots and lots of debate years ago on this forum and the earlier forum version - how long have you got
Normally, if all in order with the system, everything will be fine - sort of.
The PRT does alleviate some of the quirks of the Metro system which was designed around a small coolant volume on a FWD car.
I shifted my thermostat back in 2006 to under the washer bottle, and altered the distribution of the coolant flow using OEM plastic bits, Y pieces etc.
I also fitted a post engine shut down coolant circulation pump running for 18 minutes to stop excessive heat build up in the head and give a more gradual cool down. I also fiddled with the jiggle valve to make it work as intended.
The result - no idea

The car has been stuck in motorway traffic jams in blazing heat, wizzed over the Stelvio and around the Italian lakes with no issues at all. I'm sure a bog standard car would have been just as reliable - who knows
