Ian Wright – Chairman / Events
Ian was being a lifelong biker, where for 6 years was the Ride Out Co-ordinator for the Honda Owners Club. He got into MGFs following a biker visit to Haynes Museum, and Ian’s wife just loving the MGF in the Red Hall, not really knowing what it was! He joined the MGCC straight away, and popped over to the local natter, and a month later took up the challenge of becoming the Thames Valley Regional Rep.  The MG bug has certainly bitten, as Ian’s wife is now the Chair of the Abingdon Works Centre! He became a committee member organising events thanks to his experience with the Hondas and is now the main original events boss. He has now taken on the role of the Chair of the Register as well as still dealing with events. He has an MGF and MGBGT.
